A Poor Performance Breakfast Seminar, organised by Schofield Sweeney Solicitors, is due to be held in Huddersfield in early in December.
This looks at employment law and examines how employers can manage any individuals not performing well at work. The presenting team will seek to tackle some of the most important issues and many of the problems associated with this contentious area.
It will discuss supportive approaches as well as the steps to be taken in the event of little improvement. These include giving practical case studies, with a focus on "actionable insight" and "protected conversations", There will also be good networking opportunities and a useful Q&A session with the presenting team.
This seminar should be of interest to business entrepreneurs, HR professionals and those involved with workers on a daily basis, but it should be noted that it is specifically designed for in-house HR and employee management teams, so is not open to individuals from HR agencies or freelancers. It might also be advisable to bring along some extra Business Cards for networking purposes.
Tickets cost £32.54 maximum and a time-limited reduction is available for those wanting to book all four of the seminars in this series.
The Poor Performance Breakfast Seminar will take place between 8:30 am and 10:15 am on Thursday, December 10 at the offices of Schofield Sweeney Solicitors on Market Street, Huddersfield.
