The AD:Venture Business Workshop on Strategic Marketing will be held in Huddersfield at the beginning of June.
It will examine and advise on strategy, exploring influencer and scarcity approaches as well as growth hacking. The aim is to provide insights into some basic techniques for ingraining marketing into all aspects of a business with the customer at the centre.
Topics up for discussion include setting smart objectives, identifying an audience and the importance of building trust. Growth hacking is considered by focusing on Dropbox and Dollar Shave Club and customer-centric marketing by looking at Nandos, Virgin, and EE. This workshop will help those attending to develop a marketing plan that is both strategic and cost-conscious.
The key speaker is Jonny Ross, who founded the award-winning Fleek Marketing. A digital specialist in online technologies of over 21 years standing, his expertise is in social media, search engine optimisation and web design. This experience also includes developing and running strategy workshops and business training events.
There is no charge for attendance at this event. Fleek deals largely with B2B/B2C companies, education and training providers, and both public and private sector organisations. Attendees might find it worthwhile to invest in business card printing with opportunities for networking in mind.
