This scheme will be built at a site in High Barnet, which is just a few miles away from Edgware. It is all part of the wider West London Partnership project that was launched during the summer and that is intended to produce housing developments worth a total of £1.9 billion. This scheme will lead to the construction of 300 homes in addition to various commercial facilities.
The chosen location for it is at High Barnet station and the construction company that will build the homes is Barratt London. Talking to Construction Enquirer, its Managing Director Craig Carson stated that the company was delighted to be the development partner for the project.
Barratt London is teaming up with Places for London on it and Carson went on by saying:
“There is strength in our partnership, which is borne from an alignment of vision and values together to deliver the next generation of homes in a way that speaks to London’s unique housing needs.”
Brochure printing from Edgware shops is one of the ways in which local housing developers can showcase their newest homes, once they are ready.
Work on this scheme will start in 2026.
