New restaurant in Edgware gets licences
Edgware is that bit closer to getting a new restaurant that specialises in Thai cuisine, with the news that the local council has granted the owners a licence for entertainment and drinks.
Thai Kitchen is set to be located on the High Street in Edgware, at a spot that was formerly home to a pub called Change of Hart. The owners applied for an entertainment licence as well as a drinks one because they plan to play records both inside the venue and in an outside garden area, with the licensing committee for the council deciding to approve both applications.
This decision was reached after the owners promised that sound limiters would be installed and that they would restrict the times that music was played outside, which addressed concerns from residents about possible noise disruption.
Logo design services in the nearby area can be useful for new restaurants when it comes to designing their menus. In their application to the council, the people behind the Thai Kitchen said that its menu will be based around food from the orient and wines from around the world.
They also stated that it will combine a restaurant and lounge area, with an outdoor garden that people can eat in if they choose.
No date has yet been set for the Thai Kitchen to be given its grand opening.
