One of the finalists in the North London category for the Best British Takeaway prize is Kabul City, which is located on Station Road in Edgware. This takeaway outlet offers cuisine from Afghanistan and was among the very first takeaways from that country to open its doors in London.
The judges for the awards stated that it had received its nomination because the food it supplies concentrates on the ingredients’ natural flavour and taste. A second restaurant based in the borough, the Pumpkin Rice Jerk Grill from New Barnet, has also made the final cut.
Abduallah Mojadiddy, the owner of Kabul City, told Times Series that everyone who worked there was dedicated to ensuring that quality and customer service standards remained high, putting in lengthy hours for that reason, adding:
“We are so happy to have made the finals, it really is a brilliant feeling to know our customers are enjoying our food and our hard work was worth it.”
The awards will be handed out at a ceremony in early December and should Kabul City go on to claim a prize, the owners will be able to rely on places that Print Promotional Products to advertise this success.Get a Free Quote for Promotional Products Get a Free Quote for Print
