A venue in Coventry is set to play host to a London-based musical artist.
Coventry will extend a warm welcome to London singer-songwriter Roxanne de Bastion this summer, as she takes to the stage at local venue The Tin Music and Arts. Enterprises showcasing talented performers and their music often use poster printing services to create eye-catching advertisements that encourage attendance at shows.
Inspired by her musician father, who sadly passed away recently, de Bastion has been steadfast in her pursuit of a recording career. As a child, her father told her that she would write her first song when she had something to say and to just take her time.
De Bastion’s debut album, called Heirlooms & Hearsay, was crowdfunded and released in 2017, earning her loyal fanbase. The recording’s success led to opportunities to support bands like the Wainwright Sisters and Lambchop, but also gave the artist the chance to play shows at renowned UK events like the Cambridge Folk Festival and Glastonbury.
With her second studio album entitled “You and Me, We Are the Same”, critics believe the singer has found her authentic voice, channelling the loss of her parent.
Roxanne de Bastion will perform live at The Tin Music and Arts, Units 1-4 in Coventry on Tuesday, June 7. The show will start at 8 pm and end at 11.30 pm.
