Insurance firm from Coventry creates jobs

Staysure, a Coventry-based insurance specialist, has announced that it Plans to recruit 40 new members of staff.

The company focuses on the provision of insurance for individuals over 50 years of age. It specialises in the supply of travel insurance. The workforce of Staysure will be increasing by almost one third and centres in Coventry and Northampton will be affected. Stationery printers in Coventry can benefit from higher demand when local businesses prosper.

Staysure is looking to recruit a diversity of people. The roles available include sales agent, back office employee and marketing professional. The organisation has been involved in the rollout of a recent promotional campaign, which has featured on television and communicated the idea that the company addresses the personal requirements of customers.

Brad May, a marketing executive at Staysure, told the Coventry Telegraph:

“We wanted to refresh the brand in a way that reflected our core values. At Staysure we believe in doing the right thing for our customers so the campaign fit was perfect. The ethos extends to every part of the Staysure brand.”

The organisation launched in Coventry three years ago. It had 50 staff when it occupied Sherbourne House. The headcount of the enterprise has increased on a regular basis since that time.

The management team at Staysure maintain that staff retention has not been an issue. This might be in part because the outfit has put together an appropriate package of benefits for its employees.
