Coventry to take part in film festival

The Frontier Sapiens Film Festival will take place in Coventry towards the end of September.

This acts as a showcase for the work of many leading cultural, adventure and environmental filmmakers and is held at a variety of prominent outdoor locations countrywide. Coventry is one of three confirmed locations for this year, along with Leeds and Haver, Kent.

The event presents thoughtful short film productions telling tales of human struggle and endeavour. The audience will travel the world in the company of some of the most relevant practitioners in bringing the human spirit to life on screen.

Since good stories often begin with people, this is an opportunity to share the voices of those who have previously not been heard, and to celebrate the lives of individuals testing the limits of what is possible. The stories focus on people dedicated to making serious change happen on the planet, and afford recognition to their contribution as leaders in their respective fields.

Tickets prices start at £14.61, the age rating is 12A, and food and refreshments are available at the venue. Flyer printing can prove to be an effective way of publicising a forthcoming local festival, artistic activity, or musical event.

The Frontier Sapiens Film Festival is due to be held between 7:30pm and 10:15pm on Friday, September 24 at the Cathedral Ruins, Coventry.
