The Federation of Small Business Connect in the West Midlands is due to hold a Networking Breakfast in Coventry. This is a regular event that is held on the first Wednesday of each month.
It provides a useful platform for entrepreneurs to make new contacts with the objective of developing and expanding commercial opportunities. Face-to-face networking is still recognised as one of the most effective ways of achieving success. Each attendee will have one minute to pitch their business and to listen to the pitches of others in an informal and supportive environment.
Information on membership is available as well as an FSBConnect representative, who will be on hand to answer any questions.
But the real focus is to be on the ample opportunities to circulate, hand out promotional materials and exchange Business Cards. Brochure printing is a useful way of promoting commercial activities among local businesses and the wider community.
One feature of the meeting is that 10 minutes has been set aside for one attendee to address the entire room on the nature of their business in detail.
