Coventry to host Economic Conference

The Annual Economic Conference of the Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce is due to be held in the city later this month.

The event is the largest business gathering in the region and will appeal to entrepreneurs and those working in corporate commerce or for public bodies. It will allow business people to learn more about important developments and how they will impact on their commercial activities, including the future prospects for sustainable economic growth.

The discussions will consist of quality panels and topical speakers as well as enlightening interviews and debates. It is expected to attract around 250 civic and business leaders, local officials, MPs and Chamber members.

The conference host and facilitator throughout will be the TV and business journalist Naga Munchetty. While the confirmed lead speaker is the explorer Sir Ranulph Fiennes Bt OBE.

Registration is at 8am and this will be followed by networking and refreshments. The main conference begins at 8:45am with a networking interval between 10:45am and 11:15am. The conference will come to an end at 1pm, concluding with a buffet lunch.

Tickets cost £50 for members and £65 for non-members, both exclusive of VAT. The headline sponsor is WCG. Attendees to events such as this often bring along Business Cards to hand out whilst networking.
