Plans such as the new Coventry Station and the development called City Centre South (CCS) will become more familiar to an international audience. The MIPIM investment and development event takes place over a period of four days and should highlight these schemes. Leaflet printing from Coventry could be used to showcase each plan and project.
The chairperson for the Coventry and Warwickshire Champions, Les Ratcliffe, told the Coventry Telegraph:
“The authorities, working together with the Coventry and Warwickshire Local Enterprise Partnership, have developed a really good track record on delivery and that is now being powered by an ambition to build on that success with schemes which will bring lasting benefits and attract more investment.”
Ratcliffe commented on the state of the regional economy. He argued that certain sectors are faring well prior to the regeneration efforts. Furthermore, he suggested that the city centre has a really important role to play in the future.
It was recently announced that Shearer Property Group will take forward the CCS initiative. The local authority was aware that the organisation has recent experience of making progress in the city. The new development will involve expanding the retail and leisure offer of Coventry. Local people hope to secure the UK City of Culture title for 2021.Get a Free Quote for Plans
