Coventry gets ready for go-kart track launch

Excitement is building as Coventry’s go-kart community anticipates the opening of a new track.

Back in July, TeamSport received planning permission to go ahead with the track in the city. The site of an old factory will be used to complete the amenity. Flyer printing within Coventry is often used to promote new facilities like this 1,000-metre indoor track.

Comments from TripAdvisor have shown that TeamSport has enthused lots of the visitors at its Birmingham facility. Several people have given a five-star rating to the Birmingham track on the popular review site. The Coventry Telegraph has quoted a ‘John M’, who says:

“After doing a bit of karting with my son at a local track, we decided to go a bit further afield to TeamSport in Brum. We were certainly not disappointed, great two level track, staff were friendly and professional and facilities good.”

Other reviewers have praised the Birmingham track for a variety of reasons. One positive reviewer had never enjoyed the live go-kart experience before his visit.

TeamSport currently has in excess of 20 go-kart tracks around the UK. The growth of the firm may have influenced the positive decision of the planning committee of Coventry City Council (CCC).

Users of the new track will have to travel to the Edgwick Park Industrial Estate. Situated at Canal Road, the industrial estate used to accommodate a building connected with Topshop.
