"The Engaging Leader" Workshop, run by The Engagement Coach, is due to be held in Coventry in mid-June.
This Forms part of a new leadership development programme designed to foster more engaging, caring and compassionate leaders, thus improving the business culture within organisations and ultimately leading to better commercial results. It is an original approach with a wide appeal across all sectors of the economy.
The Engagement Coach has worked with many brands throughout the UK, as well as internationally, and has identified a number of constant themes that undermine "Servant Leadership" and impact negatively on employees. The key objective is to encourage qualities that can help improve individual performance and teamwork.
This one-day workshop will examine certain fundamental aspects of leadership such as the role of health, stress and diet, understanding work needs and developing "Reflective Practice". It will also look at Improving work relationships and building trust, encouraging inclusiveness and developing communications. In essence, it combines experience with insights from the latest psychological and neuroscience research and provides an action plan to make an immediate impact.
The entry fee is £750, and it might be advisable to bring along some extra Business Cards for networking purposes.
