Coventry barks up the right tree in February

The 'Hound of the Baskervilles', presented by The Original Theatre Company, is due to arrive in Coventry at the beginning of February.

This West End show is a distinctive version that brings together farce, artistic innovation and comic acting. It offers a new take on one of the best known and all-time favourite detectives and logical thinkers.

Sherlock Holmes, accompanied by his companion Dr. Watson, answers a call to resolve the mysterious unusual circumstances concerning the suspicious death of Sir Charles. There are tales of a curse and a large dog roaming the moor. The pair need to act quickly if they are to protect the life of the sole remaining Baskerville heir.

It stars Jake Ferretti ('Coronation Street') as Sherlock and Niall Ransome ('Jump') as Dr. Watson, with Serena Manteghi ('Miss J') playing Sir Henry. The show has sold out in New York, London and right across the rest of the UK.

According to The Telegraph:

“Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s most celebrated adventure gets a brilliantly farcical overhaul in Lotte Wakeham’s acclaimed production.”

Tickets cost from £13.50 and may be subject to change. Graphic design plays an important role in the staging of theatrical productions.

The Hound of the Baskervilles will take place between Tuesday, February 8 and Saturday, February 12 at The Belgrade Theatre, Coventry.
