Vegan residency launches at Clapham restaurant
A popular restaurant in Clapham has rung in the New Year with a brand new residency that is focused entirely on vegan dishes.
Counter Culture is a small eatery situated at The Pavement in Clapham and it has built its reputation among gourmets on frequently changing the chef in residency. This helps keep the menu fresh and surprising and the newest name in its kitchen is Andy Hogben, with his Alter brand. What Alter offers is vegan meals that also incorporate ideas and ingredients from street food dishes and now customers at Counter Culture will be able to sample this.
Printing services in Clapham that can handle large flyer printing orders are sometimes used by local restaurants to advertise new residencies.
While Alter is running the Counter Culture kitchen, it will also collaborate with other brands on special Sunday menus. The first of these will take place on January 26th, with the partner being Bristol brand Root that is run by Rob Howell, with this being followed by Thai food from Som Saa during March. Speaking to Hot Dinners, Hogben said:
Alter is set to be in residency at Counter Culture until March 28th.
