Estate agency opens new office in Clapham
A global estate agency has made the latest move in its plans for expansion with the launch of a brand new franchise office at a site in Clapham.
Winkworth is an estate agency with an international customer base and it has branches across the country. Now it has moved into South London with the opening of this new Clapham office. Winkworth Clapham is situated within the Old Town district, next door to an award-winning restaurant called Trinity. The office will be providing properties both for rent and for sale.
The man in charge is Ben Ainsworth, an estate agent with years of experience within the local area. He has been employed by Knight Frank and Dexters in the past, but has now made the choice to go it alone as the franchisee for this office.
Speaking to Property Industry Eye, Ainsworth said that he was thrilled, before adding:
Clapham is also an area that has lots of useful services for professional people. They include shops that can provide printed business cards.
Ainsworth went on to say that Winkworth is a respected brand and that he hoped to succeed with its Clapham branch.
