A cinema in Bath, Somerset, has been recognised as one of the most beautiful in the world.
Bath’s Tivoli Cinema was included in the select list of cinemas printed in the popular publication, Time Out magazine. Plush periodicals are produced by professional printing services before distribution via stores and subscriptions.
The Tivoli is a boutique-style cinema with its own luxury bar and café and was ranked alongside some of the world’s most celebrated movie houses based in Paris, New York, and Hollywood. The Bath venue, which first opened in December 2018 inside the SouthGate Centre, has previously been described as being "implausibly chic".
The cinema has extravagant interiors and an impressive beverage and food menu to accompany its four cutting-edge theatres. Opulent treats included in the offering are stone-baked pizza slices, mezze platters and hot dogs made from wild boar, and the bar is famed for its “film star martini”.
The Somerset film theatre presents an eclectic mix of different styles of cinema, including blockbuster, independent and arthouse movies. The boutique offering affords movie-goers exceptional comfort levels with ultra-wide sofas replacing standard cinema seating.
Those visiting Bath later this year will be able to visit the cinema, ranked 47th most beautiful around the world, when the Tivoli opens its doors once more in May as per government guidelines.
