The PHRCB is actually a section of The Mint Room, an Indian restaurant located on Lower Bristol Road. A spokesperson for the establishment told the Bath Chronicle:
“We felt that considering we have extra space up on the roof, why not use it to our advantage and give our restaurant an entirely new dimension as it were. There is no Indian equivalent in Bath to our restaurant, let alone with a rooftop bar.”
Drinkers of cocktails may relax on the rooftop. The furnishings have been selected with comfort and style in mind, while heating is available to ensure that people can cope with the uncertainties of the weather. Bar snacks are also provided to consumers.
