Geordie funny man has Bath date

Stand-up comic Kai Humphries is touring his new show 'Gallivanting' and is due to play Bath in mid-October, as part of the Comedy Festival.

This Newcastle comedian invites the audience to journey into his world, that of a previously small-town lad. One who has international recognition, is an award winner, and now travels the globe while he makes observations and shares his tales and conclusions on the strange things that have impacted him.

Arriving on the scene as a 2009 finalist in the 'So You Think You're Funny' contest, he later recorded his TV debut for Comedy Central's 'The Comedy Store' in 2010, doing so with some of the country's other leading names.

Kai has taken nine solo shows on tour. There was also a New York off-Broadway run, as well as appearances at both the Edinburgh Fringe and Melbourne Comedy Festival. He subsequently opened for Jim Jefferies, Doug Stanhope and Rhod Gilbert.

Together with Daniel Sloss, he has visited 55 countries, performing in large venues worldwide. They also co-host the humourous podcast, 'Sloss and Humphries on the Road'.

Tickets cost £16.50 inclusive of a transaction fee. Flyer printing can be effective when it comes to the promotion of a comedy show or event.

'Kai Humphries - Gallivanting' has a starting time of 7.30 pm on Friday 11th October, Upstairs at Bath Pizza Co.
