'Bonding - The Myth, Legend, and Legacy of Bond' starring Cyril Blake is about to embark on a tour and is due to arrive in Bath at the beginning of July.
This show, which was a hit at the Edinburgh Fringe, explores the iconic story of James Bond and its importance to guys facing life's challenges. Stephen wants to be James. Indeed, he owns a tuxedo and an expensive watch, whilst all his drinks are shaken, Some might question his wisdom. It covers six decades of Bond, including three of Stephen's life. Can he achieve non-toxic masculinity?
Stephen is played by the writer Cyril Blake. He hails from Yorkshire and has a reputation in the world of Fringe theatre. Noted, in particular, for his tales about working-class people confronting adversity. Cyril was also the star of 'Going for Gold' at The Park Theatre and featured in 'Black Cop,' a BAFTA-winning short film.
This acclaimed show is directed by Matthew Parker a nine-time nominee and twice an OFFIE winner.
