Badly Drawn Boy (aka Damon Gough) is due to embark, on his 25th-anniversary tour and is set to play Bath at the beginning of April, alongside some special guests.
The musical artist who grew up in Bolton has acquired a reputation as a significant singer-songwriter. He released his debut single titled ‘EP1’ in 1997, but it was winning The Mercury Music Prize in 2000 for his album ‘The Hour Of Bewilderbeast’ that saw him firmly established.
Badly Drawn Boy's nine albums include the 2002 soundtrack to the movie About A Boy. ‘Have You Fed The Fish?’, also released in 2002, featured his most successful single ‘You Were Right’. Worth a mention also are the 2006 epic ‘Born In The UK’ and his 2020 album ‘Banana Skin Shoes’, the latter lauded as his best album to date.
The show is sure to feature career-spanning hits incorporating fan favourites and Forms part of his first headlining tour since 2020. It is difficult to predict exactly what he will choose to play from his back catalogue, but he is certain to mix things up a little.
Tickets cost £25 and may be subject to a booking fee. Poster printing can be a valuable resource when engaged in promoting a concert or other type of musical event.
