The stand-up comedian Sara Pascoe is currently on tour with her show ‘Success Story’ and is due to play Bath in mid-February.
This stage performer, writer and actor decided at the age of 14 that she wanted fame, did an audition for Barrymore and today is highly respected by comics on the UK circuit. She now openly and honestly shares her discoveries over the last year, with humour, hope and a little wine.
Sara's TV appearances include such popular shows as ‘Have I Got News for You?’, ‘Mock The Week’ and ‘8 out of 10 Cats’, not to mention her own special, Sara Pascoe Live at the BBC. She was also a host on Live at the Apollo and of The Great British Sewing Bee.
But her talents are not confined to stand-up. Having acted in ‘Twenty Twelve’, a BAFTA-nominated comedy, and had a run of sell-out shows in London's West End. Sara combines writing and performing in the BBC Radio 4 series ‘Modern Monkey’ and the BBC 2 sitcom ‘Out Of Her Mind’. The author of two Books, ‘Animal’ and ‘Sex Power Money’, she still regularly sells out venues on her UK tours.
