Bar in Bath has self-service wine system

A new bar within Bath features machines which allow customers to serve themselves.

Le Vignoble in Bath is using self-service as a selling point. Proprietor Yannick Loué is trying to combat the idea that there is anything snobbish about tasting great wine. Loué owns an establishment in Plymouth and is building up his enterprise in the region. Flyer printing in Bath can be used to promote businesses in the leisure sector. Loué told Somerset Live:
“What we've seen in Plymouth is people want to learn about wine but feel intimidated. People phone us and ask 'what's the dress code?’. People forget wine is made by farmers. It's a pretty scruffy process!”

Loué relishes discussing wine but he wants to communicate to ordinary people. Le Vignoble means the vineyard, which is straightforward enough. Vineyards have an earthy image and it makes sense to remember where the grapes are grown. Loué will welcome a customer to one of his places if that person is dressed in casual clothing, but someone who is wearing a suit after work will not be out of place either.

Consumers can use a card to access a wine machine. If they enjoy their sample, then they are free to purchase a whole bottle. It is also possible for people to have the flexibility associated with a tab.
