Staff from Myerson Solicitors have been taking part in quizzes, raffles, dress down Fridays and cake sales – as well as the Three Peaks Challenge – in a bid to raise cash for Trafford Deaf Children’s Society and St Ann’s Hospice. Their efforts during the past 12 months have brought in £19,158 for the two organisations.
The firm’s head of CSR and partner, Andrew Chapman, told Altrincham Today that:
“It has been fantastic to see so many members of staff at Myerson take part and contribute to the fundraising events we have held over the last year for St Ann’s Hospice and Trafford Deaf Children’s Society.”
He went on to add that everyone involved was delighted with the sum of money that had been raised and that they were confident the two charities would find good uses for it. Lynn Chipperfield of the Trafford Deaf Children’s Society expressed the charity’s gratitude to the company for the donation it was making.
