Craft fair coming to Altrincham

A contemporary craft fair is due to take place at a grammar school in Altrincham later this month.

The Little Northern Contemporary Craft Fair will be held on 28th April between 10am and 5pm at Altrincham Grammar School for Boys. This event is organised by the people behind the Great Northern craft fair events which take place in Manchester through the year with the help of Great Northern Events.

Great Northern Events has been hosting craft fairs in Manchester for the last five years, generating over 6,000 visitors and driving over £200,000 in sales for its vendors. It hosts a yearly event at Spinningfields in the city and has won awards from the local tourism board for its innovative approach to attracting visitors to Manchester.

The Little Northern Contemporary Craft Fair will feature around 40 stalls selling everything from handmade jewellery and gifts to home and kitchen items. The stalls will be run by the artists, makers and designers who have created the items that are on sale.

Craft fairs and events like this one often rely on promotion and publicity to attract customers and often work with local printing companies to produce eye-catching promotional material using flyer and poster printing.

Altrincham residents with an eye for handcrafted bargains are in for a real treat at the craft fair. Refreshments will also be available on the day and entry to the event is free.
