Artists from the area between the ages of 16 and 25 are invited to take part in the FS Legal Art Prize. The competition brief is to create a work of art depicting the number five, in honour of FS Legal’s fifth anniversary.
In a celebration to showcase the creativity and artistic abilities of young people throughout the North West, a top cash prize of £3,000 will be awarded to the winner with £500 bestowed to each of the four subsequent runners up.
Firms celebrating milestones can create bespoke Corporate Gifts to give to clients to mark the occasion.
There are no size restrictions and works created in any medium are welcome from oils and acrylics to watercolour and pastels, but all entries must be submitted by the competition closing date of June 17.
The artworks will be evaluated and judged by a panel consisting of two FS Legal partners, Kit Sorrell and Julia Norris as well as Bill Clark, owner of the Clark Art Ltd Art Gallery. Clark commented:
