The 17th annual Moose Jaw Business Excellence Awards are taking place next month. They are a presentation of the Moose Jaw and District Chamber of Commerce.
This is an important event for those in the business community and is a good opportunity to make new connections with their peers.
There are 12 categories in which awards will be handed out. These include the Impact Award, Community Involvement, Business Innovation, Pillar of the Community, and Moose Jaw and District Farmer of the Year. The local community had the opportunity to vote for the winners until the end of January. The winners will receive a plaque.
The event will start off with a cocktail reception, where there will be plenty of chances to discuss business and to exchange cards. This will be followed by a banquet and the awards presentations. Guests are encouraged to stay after to do further networking.
It is likely that many of those planning to attend will be placing a new business card printing order with their favorite Moose Jaw Print shop.
