Moose Jaw’s Western Development Museum tells the story of the province and how it has developed across time, and it has put out a call for volunteers to help it in its efforts.
The museum will be hosting a Volunteer Blitz, and the organizers noted that it is a great opportunity for the pubic to come out and find out more about what it has to offer. It will also be a chance for them to find out what sorts of volunteer positions are available and how doing to can benefit both the individual and others as well.
There will be an assortment of museum staff on hand to give further details and answer any questions from the attendees. The planner remarked that they are new volunteer positions that have been created, and they welcome anyone who would like to get involved.
After the presentations, light refreshments will be served to the crowd, and there will also be a drawing for a door prize. Comb binding can be used by a local Print company to craft volunteer handbooks and other items that can be handed out to anyone who comes to an event like this.
