A kitchen party with friends is a holiday tradition in many Canadian towns, and this year, Moose Jaw will be no different.
An evening of music and storytelling that features West of Mabou and its special Guest Nick Faye has been planned, and it will offer a taste of the East for anyone missing home over the holidays. There will be lots of tunes that are classics on the East Coast, and there will also be carols and other entertainment. The organizers noted that it is a high energy show, and everyone is welcome.
Those who come to the show will be encouraged to participate by tapping their toes, clapping or even getting up to dance along. Fiddles, pipes, whistles, guitars, drums and other instruments will all be included in the performance, and all of the artists who make up West of Mabou have received awards or other recognition for their work. Flyer printing can be utilized to craft a variety of marketing materials that can help to promote an event like this to the community.
This festive-themed evening of music and other entertainment will be arriving in Moose Jaw on December 8, and the show will be held at 50 Hochelaga Street East, starting at 7:00 pm. The tickets are $20 each, and more information can be found on the band’s Facebook listing.
