Social Media Marketing Made Easy at Seminars

On May 25 and June 8, 2011 the Newmarket Chamber of Commerce will be presenting two seminars called Social Media Marketing Made Easy. Printing companies in Newmarket, ON will be interested to find out how this could help grow their businesses.

Social media is rapidly becoming a great way to market your products and to connect directly with consumers. Sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn are changing the way that business is conducted. Businesses can put up pages on Facebook that promote their latest products. They can also promote give-aways for those who sign up and can find out exactly what the public wants from their business.

Both seminars will be held from 10am to 12pm at the Newmarket Chamber of Commerce. Session one which takes place on May 25 will cover the basics of social media marketing by discussing the top social media websites and how a business can spend as little time as possible on these sites while using them effectively. The second session on June 8 will cover more advanced topics. Topic discussed will include how to engage your customers, how to display your new products and encourage discussion about them, how to nurture new contacts and how to create more opportunities to help your business grow.
