The Waterloo Region Homer Builders' Association's (WRHBA) annual luncheon will take place this April at Bingemans.
The event usually draws over 500 industry leaders from the fields of residential development and construction. This year, the keynote speaker will be David Chilton. Chilton is known for The Wealthy Barber Books and now appears on the CBC television show Dragon's Den.
Sponsorships are available for the event and prices range from $900 - $1,750, depending on the level. Sponsors will be recognized at the event and gold, VIP reception and silver level sponsors will also be invited to enjoy a private reception with David Chilton.
The luncheon will be a useful networking opportunity for business owners in the industry. It will give them a chance to interact with their peers and to help develop their referral networks. No doubt many of those attending the Kitchener event will make sure to prepare a new business card printing order beforehand. They will want to have a sufficient number of cards to exchange with the people they meet. There will also be the chance for those attending to deliver their ‘elevator speech’; a short description of their business and how it can help other firms.
The 22nd WRHBA industry luncheon will take place at Bingemans Ballroom on April 30 from 11:00am - 2:30pm. Tickets are $84 for WRHBA members or $94 for non-members; tables of eight are available for $650. Those looking for more information can call Stephanie Lake at 519-884-7590.
