The festival is intended to be a community celebration for families and groups of friends. There will be concerts throughout the day, with an all-Canadian musical lineup. Headlining the show is popular indie rock band Mother Mother, known for exciting love performers. Other performers include Ontario pop group Valley, folk-rocker Boy Golden, DJ Joanna Magik and more.
The festival will also have a bevy of food trucks and drink vendors representing Kitchener’s culinary diversity. Visitors are also invited to sample surrounding restaurants and eateries in the downtown area. Vendors at festivals like this one often offer special sales and Promotional Products to help celebrate the occasion.
Endless Summer was launched in 2024 as an effort to fill a hole in Kitchener-Waterloo’s festival calendar, and to welcome new students to the city. The event has been a success, with thousands of visitors to past editions. The city’s manager of special events Steve Roth has also said that the event will highlight Victoria Park as a venue:
“One of the things we are discovering is: how do we use this jewel called Victoria Park and turn it into a space where we can celebrate and do an event like this.”
The 2026 Endless Summer will take place at Victoria Park on September 5.
