King Street is set to roll out the welcome mat for a festival that will be putting food trucks front and centre next month.
A wide variety of mobile eateries will be rolling into the city for its King StrEATery Food Truck festival, and it will offer lots of palate tempters to suit every taste and budget. These will be joined with other ways to have a great time, and the festivities will be set up in front of Kitchener Market.
The list of food trucks currently sits at around 20, and this may grow as its date approaches. There will also be artisanal vendors and makers with tables of merchandise set up for sale, and while they have fun eating and engaging in some retail therapy, the attendees will be doing a good turn for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Waterloo Region.
