Kitchener taco fans may want to save space in both their calendar and on their plate for an event that will feature the food they love. While they enjoy their feast, they will be helping to make sure that everyone in their community also has food on their table.
A group of 16 eateries will be showing off their tacos during Tacofest, which will raise funds for Community Support Connections – Meals on Wheels and others. This will be accompanied by a selection of craft beers and ciders sourced from Ontario brewers as well as music and other entertainment.
This foodie friendly activity is set be held in THEMUSEUM in downtown Kitchener, and guests can enjoy their time indoors or outdoors in the warmth of a June evening. Samples of beer and cider can be purchased for $1 each, and as alcohol will be served, the event is restricted to those who are age 19 and up.
