Optometrists and anyone else in the field who is considering purchasing a practice of their own may find that an upcoming event will help them to ensure the process runs smoothly.
ROI Corporation Brokerage and BMO will be running a workshop in Kitchener that will introduce the attendees to the ins and outs of buying an established practice. They will discuss the pros and cons of doing so, as well as the pitfalls to avoid.
The participants will find out how to determine the value of a practice as well as the various financial streams that may be available. There will be a review of what the key numbers may mean and how to use them, and everyone will walk away with lots of actionable tips they can put to use. The session will run for two and a half hours, and will be one of the stops on the presentation’s tour across southern Ontario.
When participating in a financial information session, the attendees may appreciate receiving a package of materials they can take home to peruse at a later time. These can be compiled by Print shops, which will be able to include promotional Pens and other items.
