Kitchener families looking for a Halloween activity that is fun for all ages may find that the Hallowe’en Party planned by Ken Seiling Waterloo Region Museum is just what they have been searching for.
The museum has created an experience for families with kids who are between the ages of one to twelve. The fun will be on offer both inside and out, and tickets, which include admission for one child and up to two adults, are $10 each.
The plans for the occasion include rides in a horse drawn wagon, and the village itself will be lit by lots of lanterns. The kids can shell out between the different stops, and at each, they can play a game or do some other “trick” to earn some special treats. Inside the museum, they will find crafts and other activities, and each child must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The organizers of this evening of spooky fun noted that it will be held rain or shine. Activity sheets, Banners, treat Bags, Signs and other printed items that can make this sort of function enjoyable for all of its guests can be obtained from area Print shops.
Tickets holders for this event are welcome to arrive starting at 6:00 pm. The museum is located at 10 Huron Road in Kitchener.
