The Big Event fundraiser is taking place at Bingeman's Conference Centre this May, and is hosted by Possibilities International.
Guests will enjoy a sit down dinner, live entertainment provided by Joel Parisien of NewWorldSon, and can bid on items in two auctions – a silent auction and a ‘dessert’ auction.
Organizers are still accepting items for the auctions; this can be a good opportunity for a business to show that it is interested in supporting the community and local charities.
Possibilities International provides services to people in North America, South America, Asia, and Africa. In addition to helping those in need to create better lives for themselves, the organization encourages people to become philanthropists and helping people no matter where they live.
Those companies that donate items to the auctions will likely want to inform their current customers about this upcoming event, to encourage them to either attend or to support the organization. This may involve investing in services such as flyer printing from Kitchener Stationery printers. The flyer can then be distributed along with regular business mailings.
