Blue Rodeo comes to Kitchener

This January, the Centre in the Square will host one of Canada’s most acclaimed and successful bands for an evening of music as they share songs from their new album “Many a Mile”.

Since forming more than 35 years ago, Blue Rodeo have become an icon among Canadian musicians, winning a coveted Governor General’s Performing Arts award, a star of the Canadian Walk of Fame, a place in the Canadian Music Hall of Fame and being named to the Order of Canada, all thanks to their outstanding achievements in music as ambassadors for our great nation.

Band members Jim Cuddy, Greg Keelor and Bazil Donovan have led the group through the years, from small pub gigs in the early days to sold-out auditoriums across the country, creating bestselling hits influenced by folk and country artists such as Ian and Sylvia, Kris Kristofferson and others. Their acoustic album “Five Days In July” sold more than a half a million Copies alone.

Venues such as the Centre in the Square often use the graphic design of a performer’s logo or latest work in their promotional material when advertising upcoming events like this.

The performances will take place on January 6th and 7th, 2023. For more information about show times and ticket prices, visit the Centre in the Square box office online or call.
