Reptile show creeping over to Downsview

While many people have pet dogs or cats, there are those who prefer something a bit more exotic, and it is these people that an upcoming expo in Downsview hopes to attract.

The Toronto Reptile Expo is a family friendly event that will give the public a chance to get up close and personal with lizards, snakes, arachnids, and amphibians. Along with this, there will be a variety of vendors who have their products on display.

There will be an opportunity for those who may be interested in getting a pet like this to ask questions to experts in the field and find out if this is the right type of creature for them. Those who already have one will be able to find out more about the latest methods of caring for them and see the latest products on the market. Catalogs can be prepared for events such as this so that potential buyers can take them home to browse through at their own leisure.

The expo is set to take place on Sunday, April 17 at Downsview Park, which is located at 40 Car Hall Road. The doors will open at 9:00 am, and it will run until 4:00 pm. Tickets for the show are $10.00 for adults, and $5.00 for seniors, and those aged 7 to 14.

Those who would like to find out more are invited to visit the Toronto Reptile Expo’s website.
