The 3rd annual VELD Music Festival is taking place for two days this August.
This festival is primarily a showcase for electronic music, but will feature performers in several musical genres. Among those who have been confirmed for this year's event are Calvin Harris, Armin van Buren, Knife and Party, Ingrosso, Nero, and Martin Garrix.
In addition to 12 hours of musical performances each day, food will available for purchase, as will official merchandise such as T-Shirts. Those interested are encouraged to sign up for a newsletter on the website, where they will be sent all of the latest information.
This popular event attracts over 30,000 visitors to Downsview Park each year. It offers strong exposure for the bands and artists, while introducing audiences to various up and coming acts.
VIP tickets are available, which include a tented area to watch the concerts, a private bar, washrooms, and free water.
