A southern Ontario winter can be a very cold time of the year, but the participants in an upcoming Downsview activity will be able to stay toasty warm while they enjoy some outdoor fun.
The crew at Downsview Park will be hosting a ‘Bonfire Program - food around the fire’ session. It is part of its Nature Connection program, and it will run for an hour and a half.
The session will see its participants learn how to build a bonfire, and while it is open to all ages, those who are under 16 must have a parent or guardian with them. Service animals are welcome, but it has been requested that pets remain at home.
The attendees will gather around the bonfire to warm up, and while they do, they will be invited to roast some snacks. The programming may be delivered in French upon request, but advance notice is required.
The activity has been made possible thanks to financial support from the TD Friends of the Environment Foundation. Many event organizers choose to incorporate the Logo Design of their sponsors into their websites, social media pages and other marketing campaigns.
The ‘Bonfire Program - food around the fire’ community gathering is on the way for Sunday, January 14th. It will begin at 2:00 pm, and the park is located at 70 Canuck Avenue in North York.
