While the area surrounding Downsview Park may be urban in nature, the site offers a chance to experience “wild Ontario” right in the heart of the city. In this adults only event, a group of registrants will be led on a guided visit to the park’s section of tall grass prairie, which used to be more common in the region before urban development.
