Downsview Park, the 320 plus acre waterfront park which overlooks the water and includes a mix of terrains and beckoning green space, may soon be the subject of an intense promotional campaign thanks to the slew of housing developments in store for it.
The park Forms part of the one of the greenest suburbs of North York and Toronto, with huge plots of green space that would doubtlessly appeal to young professionals and families looking to be steps away from Downsview subway stop and the city but still somewhat isolated from the bustling urban life.
A wide variety of housing developments are coming to Downsview Park, which will include 7,300 future units of commercial, light industrial and housing developments. Future neighbours in the Downsview areas will include 1,356 townhouses and high rise buildings, with subways expansion slated to the north. The park will still remain much of its parkland character, with meadows and hills being retained in the streetscapes.
All of the excitement coming to the park area will mean lots of advertising opportunities for local printing companies interested in becoming part of a targeted printing campaign to attract younger demographics. Some of the examples of future advertising include printed booklet, brochure printing of the future neighbourhood, streetscapes and floor plans of the new developments. Advertising will be centered on the variety of services in the suburbs as well as its proximity to Toronto.
The development outside the downtown will also be a targeted effort towards new residents to the city.Get a Free Quote for Forms
