The Cambridge Cat Show will return for its 47th edition this May, looking to highlight feline friends and their owners.
The event will feature a classic best-in-show competition, with over 41 breeds of cats being judged by a panel of experts. Each breed will be judged separately, with no overall winner, and the judging will take place throughout the day. Some cats will be available to meet and pet, as well as take photographs with.
The Show will also include a vendor’s floor full of cat-related items. Confirmed vendors include Fifth Ave Collection jewelry, Made to Purr artwork, and Meow and Bark Designs, with other items including food, toys, socks, and of course cat nip. There will also be a drawing for a door prize, with extra tickets available for a food donation to rescue groups.
Local animal rescue groups and other nonprofits will be at the Cambridge Cat Show, providing information about how visitors can adopt a new cat in need. Some potential adoptees will also be on hand to see and interact with. Exhibitors at events like this often use methods like flyer printing and interactive displays to better explain their services and ways to get involved.
The 2026 edition of the Cambridge Cat Show will take place on May 23 at the Dickson Arena. Discount tickets will be available for children and seniors.
