One of the city’s summer traditions, the Rotary Cambridge Ribfest & Craft Beer Show will be back this August.
The event will see exclusively local and Ontario-based “ribbers” take to the grills to see who can offer the best barbecued ribs, chicken and more. Participating rib vendors include Billy Bones BBQ, Camp 31 and Jack the Ribber Barbecue Ribs. There will also be classic festival food vendors offering treats like ice creams, funnel cakes, lemonade and donuts.
The Ribfest also doubles as a Craft Beer Show, highlighting some of the top microbreweries from Southwestern Ontario and beyond. Participating vendors include Broken Rail Brewing, Junction 56 and Side Launch Brewing Co. Vendors at food festivals like this often use brochure printing and QR Codes to let customers know how they can get more.
The festival will also include live music and other entertainment, with a lineup to be announced. There will also be a Kids Fun Zone for visiting families, including activities like bounce houses, face painting, and glitter tattoos provided by Grand River Party Rentals and Busy Bee’s Parties. Admission is free, but attendees are encouraged to bring a donation to Rotary Cambridge Sunrise. Last year’s event raised over $14 thousand for Rotary programs.
The 2026 Cambridge Ribfest & Craft Beer Show will occur from August 7 to 9 at Riverside Park.
