Burlington mothers are invited to celebrate Mother’s Day with a unique workshop.
A community museum, the Joseph Brant Museum houses a replica of Joseph Brant’s homestead, a gallery space for travelling exhibitions, and events and educational programs throughout the year, including the upcoming Mom’s Night Out: Tea & Cookie Tasting Workshop.
The tea and cookie tasting workshop is designed to give guests a delicious tasting experience, paring gourmet cookies with premium teas. During the hour-long interactive workshop, Katie Cyr will lead the tasting experience from Monarch Tea Co.; different teas will be paired with local cookies from Craig’s Cookies Burlington. Each ticket includes admission into the workshop, three high-quality teas with a premium cookie paring and a signature tea cocktail. Attendees will also be able to explore the Joseph Brant Museum galleries before or after the workshop, including the special exhibit “Game Changers.”
Events that showcase local businesses, like the tea and cookie workshop, often use tools like brochure printing to provide additional information on the businesses and products featured during the event, providing attendees with an easy reminder of what they experienced after the event.
The Mom’s Night Out: Tea & Cookie Tasting Workshop will occur on May 9. Doors open at 6:00 pm, and the workshop will run from 7:00 pm until 8:30 pm. This is a 19+ event; additional information can be found on the event website.
