The event will see participating restaurants offer a special fixed-price menu for two weeks, offering a chance to try out the best of new local spots. This year’s event will include over 40 participating businesses, including 14 new additions. The list of restaurants includes BLK Swan Kitchen Hub, Mythos Greek Cuisine and West Plains Bistro.
This year’s Taste of Burlington will also include the new Burlington Taste Trail digital pass. Diners can log their visits to participating restaurants and be entered into a prize draw. The grand prize winner will receive a luxury date night with dinner for two at a participating restaurant, tickets for a show at the Burlington Performing Arts Centre and a one-night show at the Burlington Waterfront Hotel.
“Taste of” events like this have become a popular way for cities to promote their local dining scene, with events often using brochure printing and websites to highlight all the participating businesses. Burlington’s Director of Destination Development and Marketing Claire Greene says of the event that:
“This program showcases the exceptional culinary scene we have here in Burlington, while offering diners the chance to explore new Menus, connect with family and friends, and enjoy our city in a very meaningful way.”
The 2026 edition of Taste of Burlington will take place between January 26 and February 8 at select restaurants.
