This February, people can step into the world of drama and intensity of the world of opera with the Burlington Symphony Orchestra.
The Burlington Symphony Orchestra was formed in 1973. It performs in the Burlington Performing Arts Centre and will welcome the Burlington community for an Afternoon at the Opera this February.
Attendees of the performance will experience a journey that will take the viewer through the drama and intensity that opera is known for. They will be able to enjoy the overtures and experience a wide range of fantastic guest opera singers, with a performance program pulling music from throughout the opera world. Some of the guest performers include soprano Leanne Kaufman and tenor Burak Yaman, who will be performing with a full orchestra and a wide range of local opera voices.
When putting together performances like the Afternoon at the Opera, organizers often invest in brochure printing to product handouts that explain what performances will be occurring, who is performing, and a background on some of the performers. For many, these handouts are a keepsake of the wonderful performance or event they attended.
The Burlington Performing Arts Centre is located at 440 Locust St, Burlington, and will welcome the community for an Afternoon at the Opera on February 11th at 3pm. Tickets can be purchased ahead of time through the Burlington Symphony Orchestra website.
