Winter holiday parties give members of an organization an opportunity to mix, mingle and share stories of their successes and challenges, and two organizations that call Vancouver home have one of these evenings in the works.
The Canadian Public Relations Society Vancouver (CRPS) and the International Association of Business Communicators’ BC chapter (IABC/BC) have teamed up to welcome their memberships for a special early December soiree. The guests will receive red carpet treatment, and at the time of writing, tickets were still available.
All of the attendees at the gathering will be treated to a selection of appetizers, desserts and other light bites, and two drink tickets will also be distributed to every guest. Comms bingo and other fun will help to break the ice, and everyone can meet and make connections with others in their field. Prize draws are on the agenda, and everyone is encouraged to dress to impress in red carpet-worthy attire.
A special event like this often sees bespoke Corporate Gifts distributed to the attendees as keepsakes of the experience and to thank them for their support. These can be prepared by area Print shops.
The Hollywood Holiday Party with IABC/BC and CPRS Vancouver will take place at the Ventura Room, 695 Cambie Street on December 4th from 5pm to 8pm. Tickets and additional details about the celebration are both available through its Eventbrite listing.
