An event that combines feline -fun with artistic expression will soon be on offer in Vancouver, and it's open to those age 8 and up.
Dubbed “BCs original cat cafe”, Catfe helps cats in need find loving homes, and to help fund its efforts, it will be hosting a schedule of watercolour painting workshops. They will be cat focused, and may be enjoyed by all levels of experience.
The venue will be welcoming Erin Green, who is an experienced painting instructor. She will guide the assembled group through the steps of creating their personalized masterpieces, and all of the supplies will be provided. The attendees may take what they have learned and use it to create other works of art on their own at home, and the activity will run for one and a half hours. The registration fee is $25.00, and taxes will be applied. Any children must be accompanied by an adult and be under their supervision at all times.
Not for profit groups often help to fill holes in a community's social safety net, and many host fundraisers to meet their expenses. A flyer printing company will be happy to lend a hand when it comes to bringing an activity in at or under budget, and can provide a range of effective marketing materials.
Vancouver's Catfe will be offering its Watercolour Cats workshops on February 2nd and 23rd. It is located at Unit 2035, International Village Mall.
